Ascension Capital sells rural land in Oklahoma with owner financing and services every note we originate. Our borrowers buy land directly from us, make a down payment, and pay a fixed monthly payment until the land is theirs — no bank required.
What we do
We originate and service owner-financed land contracts: monthly payment collection, payment records and statements, escrow where applicable, and deed release when a note is paid in full.
How borrowers pay
Borrowers manage their account and make monthly payments through our secure online portal — by bank transfer (ACH) or card. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
Your account
Every borrower can view their balance, payment history, upcoming payment, and loan documents at any time in the borrower portal.
